A Little Time.

I had this past week off...what a joy! It was such a nice week. It was full of little trips and new adventures for the family. Here's the breakdown -

- We are now proud owners of a family vehicle! No, not a mini-van but a 2008 Ford Escape. It's a great vehicle. I LOVE driving it! We got it at Genesee Valley Ford in Avon and had a great experience there. If anyone is in the market, ask for Corky. My family has been working with him for about 15 years.
- My Aunt Flo is up this week. We had a great time spending time with her. Ella and her are definite kindred spirits.
- My mom had a hip replacement surgery about 3 weeks ago and she is healing well. It was a tough time for the family but we got through it, as we always do, and she is well on her way to recovery! She stayed at a rehab center for about week after the surgery which sucked...we aren't very good at being far apart!
- We got new windows on our house. Not very exciting for most of you but it was huge for us!
- Matt and I woke up in the early morning hours to see a total lunar eclipse...beautiful!

I dread going back to work as I have really enjoyed my time with my family. Ella and I have really gotten to spend some QT together and it reminds me that I am exactly where I should be in my life right now. A career, a family, love and a sense of peace...with a little one on the way!
